“Japan’s Proposal on Bilateral Offset Credit Mechanism”

 

Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), and Ministry of the Environment (MOE), Japan organized the Open seminar on “Japan’s Proposal on Bilateral Offset Credit Mechanism” on 24 August 2012.

 

The seminar aimed at introducing current efforts regarding the BOCM and enhancing better understanding about the Mechanism.

 

The event was attended by more than 300 experts including various private sectors, carbon market players, researchers, NGOs, press and etc. Event participants showed high concern to BOCM issues.
