"7th JCM Partner Countries' High-level Meeting" was held during COP25

The “7th JCM Partner Countries’ High-level Meeting” was held on 12 December, 2019 at the Japan Pavilion during COP25 in Madrid, Spain.

Representatives from JCM partner countries and Japanese Minister of the Environment participated in this meeting, and they welcomed the progress of the JCM which have been implemented more than 160 projects and contribute to sustainable development in partner countries. Environment Minister of Japan, Mr. Koizumi announced that guidelines on gender will be introduced for selecting JCM model projects.
