Thailand: Energy Saving for Semiconductor Factory with High Efficiency Centrifugal Chiller and Compressor [Sony Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation]

High-efficiency centrifugal chiller and air-compressor were installed in the clean room of a semiconductor factory located in central Thailand.

The factory was affected by the great flood in 2011 and this project was implemented as a part of refurbishment construction.

Image sensor for digital single-lens camera is post-processed in the clean room of this factory. High-efficiency and high-performance equipment enable to control the accurate temperature and humidity in the clean room.
