This seminar was held with the aim of further implementation of the JCM in Georgia. In particular, this seminar shared information on the basic concept of the JCM, climate change policy in Georgia, and JCM-related funds, as well as the overview of Financial Programme for JCM Model Projects, key points for forming JCM projects, and best practices of the JCM. In addition, during Q&A sessions, questions about the details of the JCM scheme, such as registration processes of a JCM project and development of methodologies, as well as the possibility of strengthening the country's private sector through the implementation of the JCM were asked. And discussions between participants and speakers to promote understanding of the JCM in Georgia were conducted.
