<Why the JCM?>
The threat of Climate change is becoming more and more serious and it is necessary to drastically reduce GHG emission such as CO2. In addition to domestic measures, Japan is implementing the JCM with partner developing countries to reduce GHG emission.

Now that there are 16 partner countries in the world, Japan is promoting dissemination of leading low-carbon technologies through the JCM.
