COP22: Japan Pavilion

Various events regarding climate change are being held in the Japan Pavilion at the COP22 from 7 to 18 November.
There are also several events regarding the JCM. JICA and the government of Indonesia co-organized one of those events “Updates on Mitigation Policy and Measures towards Low Carbon Development in Indonesia – Lesson Learnt from Implementation of Joint Crediting Mechanism” in the morning of 11 November.
In the discussion session, relevant agencies from Indonesia, Japan and other countries/organizations participated in the event and discussed about the progress of JCM implementation, lessons learned and future challenges in Indonesia.
There were participants from Asian and African countries in addition to Indonesia and Japan and actively discussed about the JCM.
